The rotor unit is directly combined with a motor
unit with the advantage of maintenance-free and high-speed
bearings.
Together with the basic structure of the new rotor unit made
from high strength aluminum alloy highest circumferential
speeds up to 190 m/s are possible.
This high speed combined with the new form of the rotor leads
to the lowest possible final product grain sizes with a d50
< 0.5µm.
Because of the rejecting effect of this rotor against
the coarser or not fine enough particles the high filling
rate can be reached. The coarse product outlet is controlled
by the inside load which saves constant ratio in the classifying
zone and guarantees a clean coarse on the one hand
and on the other hand the sharpness of separation of
the classifier will increase.
