Operation under positive pressure enables optimal dispersion of the feed material thanks to high shear forces, thus achieving excellent classification results.
Strong agglomeration due to high surface forces means that conventional sifting systems only achieve low content yield and thus efficiency with the fine particles of the feed material. That is why PMT-Jetmill has developed the JS series of separators, which operate in the positive pressure range and with high shear forces.
The use of the rotor-motor unit enables finished product fineness in the low micron range.
Simple optimization of the content yield in every fineness range is achieved by load-dependent adjustment of the coarse material discharge speed.
